Darwin Waterfront Campus

The CDU International College Campus is located in the heart of the Darwin Waterfront Precinct. A five minute walk from the Darwin
city centre, offering the latest, state-of-the art facilities, and situated near the Darwin Convention Centre, cafes, restaurants, shops and the Waterfront Wave Pool and Lagoon, where you can swim all year round. 

The campus is home to Asia Pacific College of Business & Law and the CDU International College and enjoys easy access to business, industry and government located in Darwin’s city centre.

How to get to Darwin Waterfront

Catch the bus

A public bus stop is located in front of the building on Kitchener Drive, opposite the WWII oil tunnels, however, there are more buses available a short walk away opposite Brown’s Mart and Civic Park in the city. 

 

Car parking

There are several car parking options available at the Waterfront. It’s paid car parking, however, you can get affordable all day parking at the Darwin Convention Centre.  

Student services

CDU Darwin Waterfront has state-of-the-art learning technologies and student Wifi throughout. There are multiple areas where students can power their own devices, and numerous lounges and breakout areas. There is a large student kitchen with heating facilities and fridges, as well as a prayer room. There is also onsite technical support, with Student Central staff available on the ground floor.

Student Central is located on the ground floor.

You can:

  • make student payments, however, all payments should be via credit card or EFTPOS only – there is no facility for accepting cash at CDU Darwin Waterfront
  • get your student card.

Staff will be available on the ground floor on Wednesday between 10am – 12pm.

You can make an appointment online with the Senior International Student Advisor.

The Librarian is available on the ground floor on Thursday and Friday between 8.30am – 4pm.

There is also a self-service Bookpod on Level 3.

Careers and employment, counselling and disability support services are available at different times during the year, however, they can be contacted anytime.

CDU is a multicultural university and we respect and value the diversity of religious beliefs among our students and staff. The prayer room is located on Level 3 in room 3.10 and is open during University hours.

Sydney Campus

The CDU International College Campus is located in downtown Sydney, at Level 10, 815 George Street Haymarket – just a short walk from Chinatown, Pitt St Mall and Central Station. This location allows you to be part of the day-to-day business world in a major capital city while studying.

Our Accelerated Masters Qualifying Program will be taught in Sydney, you will have contact with a diverse student body to enrich your learning environment.

In addition, you will be taught by leading scholars with experience across Australia, Asia-Pacific and beyond, in small class sizes for an enhanced learning experience.

Other campuses in Northern Territory

CDU has approximately 22,000 students, with over 2,200 international students from more than 69 different countries. This sets the scene for a truly inclusive multicultural environment for study and career development. Our main campus is located in the suburb of Casuarina in Darwin, with study locations also in Palmerston, the Darwin Waterfront, Alice Springs, Sydney and Brisbane.

Other campuses below are only for bachelor degree and higher.

Casuarina Campus

Casuarina campus is CDU’s largest study location and located on Larrakia country, about 15kms from Darwin’s central business district and within 20kms to Palmerston city. 

The nearest shopping centre is a 10-minute stroll away, but you can also jump on one of the many public buses servicing our campus. 

The campus is also less than a 10-minute drive to the Darwin International airport.
